LibreWolf (and Ungoogled Chromium) on Linux, Vanadium (and Mull) on phone. Parenthetical ones are what I use when my main browsers refuse to load something.

I think this is a good idea, but I am not technical enough to know how feasible it is. It seems on a sniff test like it should be doable, tho.

I've never used ChatGPT and I'm not sure I ever will. Seems really sketchy to use it as a search engine, given it will just make shit up*.

*Yes I know it's not actually capable of "making shit up" but the effect is the same

West Indian Red Beans and Rice. The cookbook it's originally from, Moosewood Simple Suppers, has a bunch of fairly easy vegetarian/pescatarian recipes. I use it all the time.

I switched to Linux Mint full-time a few months ago and it's blown me away with how good it is.
