They did say toxins in the butterfly mix and I think it is unlikely that a 14yo would be grabbing distilled or RO water for his secret experiment. Not saying it wasn't something to do with the butterfly, but the water alone may have been enough.

It's such an easy concept. I can't figure out if they actually don't get it because they are so narcissistic and why would anyone appreciate a few million in aid or if they are just playing stupid to posture to their base and be able to do even worse while everyone is distracted.

I think the later might be more accurate and I'm really curious what else I am missing.

Wondering if someone somehow linked your Gmail (email you received this on) to their proton account. I was looking for an email you could forward this to to report it to proton but could not find one.

As always, if an email looks suspect, don't click anything. Just wish there was a way to report it.

OP stated this was sent to their Gmail, so wouldn't have the tag.

Granted. The hardened flesh causes constant pain throughout your body yet you cannot feel the touch of another.

I can actually see some practical use for this. Imagine a textbook for programming or system administration with a built in terminal and feedback loop to walk students through examples and correct mistakes.

I was a Bernie and Hillary voter as well. I also failed to convince a number of other Bernie voters that they had to support Hillary.

She held too far center for too long and a lot of Bernie voters didn't trust her or the party. Hell, even when she announced a push for an amendment in her first 30 days I didn't buy it would happen but I also knew we needed to keep Trump out.

Really I still didn't trust the party. I still don't think we have enough progressives and will still do what we need to keep corporate donors happy above the voting public.

Money is speech and it has the loudest platform.

I could also see them being manipulated by outside powers so that weapons might mysteriously end up in foreign hands.

They are both ignorant and pliable.

Only at the end to try and court Bernie supporters. Before that she was mostly silent and won the primary with corporate money.

I swear we are watching the origin story of Batman unfold.

They follow the law to a T when it is used to control and oppress those they disagree with or think shouldn't exist.

I fell in love with Star Trek through TNG and reruns of the original series. I remember watching reruns of both for hours on end. DS9 and Voyager were great as well. What kept me interested and engaged was the network accessibility. I haven't watched any of the series since Voyager because they weren't available without a subscription.

You want a growing fanbase, you need to remove the walls.

  • Most tipped workers already don't pay federal taxes.
  • Increasing the tipped minimum would do more.

Edit: really there should be no minimum lower than the hourly minimum.

“Those people . . . ” Donald said, trailing off. “The shape they’re in, all the expenses, maybe those kinds of people should just die.”

“I don’t know,” he finally said, letting out a sigh. “He doesn’t recognize you. Maybe you should just let him die and move down to Florida.”

Wait! What did he just say? That my son doesn’t recognize me? That I should just let him die?

Did he really just say that? That I should let my son die . . . so I could move down to Florida

The parties used to work together, it was unthinkable to not compromise for their constituents. Today we hear politicians talk as if it would be treason to work with members from the other side.

There is no both sides in this either. One side wants to govern alone to their own interests, not those of their constituents.
