I think it might fall more on "be clean" than fall asleep. If it is hot at night then you are sweating during the day - full stop - it might not be a lot, or for long periods, but you are getting smelly.
So you spend the whole day getting dirty, and sweaty, and then you sleep in it all night? Every night?
