I mean, you'll never really get the full story of anything if it requiers every adjacent detail, there's just too much detail in any event to document it all. So, I think it's more that being queer is an important part of this story because queer people have been marginalised. Which means it's important that they have good representation and their achievements are celebrated.

The breakers aren't on the actual outlets. We just have everything on breakers in the power box. So I think the Australian system is good, but it's not inherently because of the outlets. Other types have the same safety benefits.

Meditation/mindfulness can really help If you get stuck ruminating about something and/or are dealing with anxiety. It was a fad recently, but there's some real science behind a multitude of benefits from it. There's a free app called Medito and I found the Headspace Guide to Meditation to be very informative.
