I’m on IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021. As far as I’m aware it’s up to date, and if not I don’t really use my PC for modern games anyway. Still good to know though.

Windows 10 LTSC is supported until 2032 or so. I’ll be avoiding upgrading for a long time.

So now it’s just a soggy turd?

Happens a lot in Canada.

For the longest time I thought “limp wristed” meant ineffective, like if you were to hold something with a limp wrist you were more liable to drop it.

That was a fun day at work when I found out what it actually meant… after using the term in the middle of a meeting to describe a vendor’s poor performance.

I want every distro to have a “we don’t do that here” popup when that key is pressed.

In North America it’s like domestic violence in a word. Cunt doesn’t really have a positive connotation here.

If you’ve known him for 20 years he should respect you enough that you can tell him he’s being a cunt. Coming from you it should mean something, and maybe he’ll take a look at himself. I’m friends with some right wingers who are decent people but folks like that need to be called out.

Oh you’re an absolute beauty. This is exactly what I’m thinking of!

EDIT: It does look super super thick though. Maybe generation 2 would be as thick as the phone.

I want an iPhone controller that attaches to the back and is a slide-out design. Think the PSP Go.

I absolutely love MinUI on my RG35XXSP, but I hated that it turned the power LED off. Initially I tried to fiddle with just disabling the part of the MinUI boot that turned off the LED, but then I realized that putting the console to sleep and turning it back on disabled the LED anyway. That was baked into the OS, and I didn’t want to recompile the whole thing just to disable that.

Enter this tool. It contains a script that gets set to run during boot to turn on the power LED and keep it on. It can also undo all of its changes by running the tool again. Since it does modify system files, I also figured out how to recover from any potential issues. I was unable to cause any significant issues during my testing, but the recovery plan is there nonetheless. Full documentation is available on the repo.

Let there be light!
