Oh man, this is a dream come true.

2 was such a blast I probably rented the game from my local movie rental chain enough to actually buy the game.

Especially hot after the newest Ninja Gaiden 2 release. It's almost a lost art having games with such a pure focus on action. It's like a Michael Bay movie, you're not watching/playing for the story, you're playing for the adrenaline rush.

How does it sound???

I got a two player paper and pencil space RPG recently, I'll have to give this a spin during me and my partner's play session!

I say this not to be reactionary or pro trump.

Is there no way to use lesser nodes for wider applications? While there are processes that need as much speed as possible, I feel like what gives Taiwan semiconducting industries such great business is the fact that code optimization isn't as cost effective as the latest and greatest chips.

I HOPE these tariffs inspire better, more secure code to make less efficient chips more viable. Like a lemon to lemonade situation.

Im glad DeepSeek open sourced their model. Even if the goal was to destabilize US companies, I think it's a blessing the tools can go to anyone with a "powerful enough" computer.

And to be really honest, I don't like what the tech companies have done with AI in such a short amount of time. I'm glad they are getting the piss beaten out of them. All these AI companies will do whatever it takes to destroy human labor pools so they can absorb a fraction of our wages.

The sad part is, they are after a fraction of a wage that is already undervalued. We are all struggling because of corporate greed anyway.

It's ok friend. Nothing wrong with it, it's our version of an older person holding on to a newspaper article about their loved one.

Thank goodness we knew them

I just did a playthrough of Earthbound on my retro handheld that had the Maternalbound rom hack installed. It's a cliche choice but super wonderful none the less

I've got two friends that can't log in anymore. I feel your pain. It sucks a lot for sure. I enjoyed the article, thank you for posting.

One thing I wished they would have explored a little more was the psychological effects these memorial pages have on those left behind. Part of what helped me fully grieve and accept the loss was to eventually stop going to the pages. I guess in some way a false hope kinda starts taking root, at least it was that way for me

It seems very basic and to the point.

I fucking love it. So much bloat on modern web this is like a dream

I use these at work. That is a sleeve style clamp used to seal off leaks

I honestly want one of these so bad. From the design aesthetics to the well reviewed game experiences, it’s a nice change of pace to the normal paradigm of console/pc/retro devices

I’ll tell you why I’m pretty liberal with my block button and cool with my echo chamber. There are people out there who want me dead for liking my same sex. My trans friends are being legislated against / threatened with violence not because of science or health, but because of feelings and religion. I have family that emigrated legally being exposed to horrific racism and the threat of violence.

Do you support human rights? Or do you support death to the “other” ? Makes my choices easy. Not to mention I prefer actual truth to my information sources, not tabloid fluff designed to keep me enraged.

Figured I'd start a discussion on favorite effects on synths. It's a ton of fun to run SQ-80 through the Hologram Microcosm using its granular function. The built in reverb really smears the grain clouds creating a dope ambience.

How are y'all using your effects? Good combo's?

Hello everyone! Right now I use Apple mainly but I do have experience with Ubuntu Studio. I’m migrating back and forth but I feel the hard switch is coming. I’ve just found that Ubuntu Studio throws problems left and right with audio production, but I have great luck with gaming.

So I kinda want to start over and Endeavor seems cool. Would I be able to use Endeavor/Arch for both making music AND gaming?

For what it’s worth, I use live recording and plugins for my music.
