Unless you're drowning in money or have a physical ailment that NEEDS a hot tub to improve your life- Dont.

Hey guys listen- I don't think it's meant for penile.compensation. I honestly believe it's "public masterbation" I mean they are only revving their engine to tickle their balls. I find it obnoxious when their public masterbation also tickles my balls;)
