The logic is sound, but the math doesn't check out.

While I'm not arguing with you, opening them in Vivaldi, for instance, is almost instantaneous.
Mostly FF for personal stuff, Vivaldi for work stuff that expects Chrome. Actively looking for a FF replacement, though.
FF's performance on Meta sites in general is terrible. Slow loading at best, other times they don't load at all. On my Macs, the FirefoxCP RDD process periodically gets into a state where FF stops responding to mouse clicks and has to be force quit. There's an about:config setting to deal with that but it doesn't work for me. Frankly, I don't think cramming in some AI crap is going to fix any of this.
It depends, but in general, more than you'd ever imagine. Then more for wear items. And then replacement parts. Oh, and eventually you'll convince yourself you need a new bike, since it will be cheaper than replacing parts in an old bike. And then, the process starts over.
It's official: We're fucked.
Mine is quietly sobbing at the moment.
It's done wonders for my legs. My brain, on the other hand...
Just ordered mine!
It doesn't make sense, but here we are. We are all individuals with our own strengths and weaknesses, yet workers are considered fungible. If you are dissatisfied and quit, you'll just be replaced by someone else.
Meta has been running ads claiming no one can read your WhatsApp messages, including them. For some reason, I'm not 100% sure about this. It's hard to imagine they can resist grabbing all that data for their AI somehow.
She absolutely hates him. It's awe-inspiring to see.
