Borderlands 2! Graphics may not be hyperrealistic but the artstyle is amazing, not to mention the fact it can run on pretty much any setup (even a PS Vita)

Vanguard, BattlEye, EasyAntiCheat, Ricochet, etc... all run in the Windows Kernel and most, if not all, have the functionality to run arbitrary code, so might as well class them as rootkits.
you mean the rootkits that won't run on Linux?
