I would say your feelings and thoughts definitely are valid, but give her the benefit of the doubt and also ask what's going on, don't make false accusations. Break up with her if she turns out to be bullying your friend and/or making you choose between her or him as an ultimatum.

Minecraft is a cool game, but I think you need to communicate with her more. Otherwise, the relationship won't last. As someone with a girlfriend who LOVES Minecraft, I still make time for her. I feel like you should not treat her as "just a person" if she's your girlfriend either.
Communicate with her, tell her you love her but get distracted easily. Don't gaslight her or anything like that or make some lame excuse.
You can also ask for a casual relationship and remind her you care. You should still make sure you care about her and that this relationship is something you want because you love her, not because you want a girlfriend.
Also, text her maybe when you want to play a game so she knows or talk about how you still care and try to slowly wean off the games. Sometimes is okay, but don't make it all you do.
