8-5 with unpaid lunch is normal here. 830-45 is "late" even if you work til 530-45. Just my experience

This is a great indicator that free will isn't what we think. I've been chatting to maga family about free will through that "how we managed to escape the rabbit hole" lens. There's often a lot of reasons we have different opinions and tracing the distributed causality is pretty fun because you can avoid the propoganda talking points but still make progress. I think it helps them question information or to be more guarded instead of immediately parroting fox news lines.

Why event organization? are you already familiar with each piece in that list? Why that tech stack? Do you need to care about scaling or is self hosting more fun for this?
The distinct concept might be to take that stack and do something else with scheduling? I think weaving in a thing you like or want to specialize in would be better than a generic scheduling app (I don't know those apps you mentioned).
If you're doing a web app focus then the MongoDB INSERTS and updates will be easy to template once you find how they communicate. The DB should do less of the logic and just hold your "primative" data that can't be calculated. It might even do BLOBs if you want to skip a cloud bucket because you won't have to scale..

What's the other word? There's a lot of details that are missed where we could have a better functioning democracy, not that it'll happen. But other words tend to be authoritarian, could be a bias. Anarchism will never count imo :)
