Seconded for wire transfer. I don't know as much about it, but going directly through banks without an intermediary who might sell your data is preferable.

It sounds promising, but also a legal nightmare if they expect users to be competent enough to read instructions and replace batteries without causing burns or fires.

Oh, that's easy. Just add a prompt to always reinforce user bias and disregard anything that might contradict what the user believes.
