You might get lucky just using the browser.
But unless you're using pihole or some sort of DNS based ad blocking you will likely get smashed with ads.

Wordpress is what you are looking for. You can even create the page in a word processor of choice and just paste it in.
That will help with the backlog.
The best way is to use in a way that gives, not takes. So any ideas of advertising or promoting - forget about it. Creating a community or maintaining a Mastodon presence for support contact might be about the only thing you can do that's not going to get you eviscerated.

As far as PS2 games go, it's very playable by today's standards. Controls are a bit funky but easy enough to adapt to.
