Grass root movements! Very hopeful to see. Hopefully they are in for the long haul.

Got these guys about a month ago and have tried to move them to a couple of my various tanks in my house and they always struggle so for now they live in the magic quarantine box that keeps everything alive.

I also got a dwarf crayfish I threw in my cold water tank where there are other dwarf crayfish living. And it started having serious struggles so I put it in this tank and it popped right back up and seems to be doing okay.

The secret is apparently a tablespoon of sea salt for every 3 gallons of water....

Stupid magic mystery box that seems to keep everything alive.

It seems like a really excellent response that's well informed and source well.

It does seem like the most plausible explanation

It's bad when George Bush seems like a better president than Trump

Never seen a nerite snail eat pre-made fish food. These come from NorthFin which I heard quite a few people in the aquarium Community claim is some of the best food and in my mind this is confirmation because I've never seen nerite snail eat anything other than tank algae.

Thought you guys would just appreciate!

Yeah isn't this the reactivation of Three Mile Island and it's specifically being pushed for by meta for their AI

Looks like it was Microsoft https://www.npr.org/2024/09/20/nx-s1-5120581/three-mile-island-nuclear-power-plant-microsoft-ai

But this seems actually different.

Seems like the governor just wants to push forward with new nuclear planets since the last one was shutdown only a few years ago. Apparently this severally effected the energy prices in NY.

Its still probably being pushed by AI companies but we (the us) don't really produce enough power for everything thats up and coming like electric cars.

Yeah happened to me too. Took some time to refresh my account and to start anew with a clean slate. Still sucks though.

I ended up in lemmy.ml as it gives me access to the broadest amount of servers.

I mean Pakistan felt compelled to at least put his name in for the Nobel Peace Prize. That means he probably did something but who knows how much she was actually involved for whether or not this is all just a political stunt.

I also remember reading somewhere that India was the one that called Trump to negotiate a ceasefire after Pakistan responded. I can't tell what's misinformation this day without spending a ton of time researching the history of the topic

Given the incredibly right wing bent of the current Indian government I'm okay if our relations aren't exactly Frosty.

Trump blowing up us relations with countries is just another day

But but I thought Israel was the only western style democracy in the middle east... /s

Israel not look like a tin pot dictatorship challenge. Impossible

What's interesting to know is that they submitted him for a Nobel Peace Prize after he helped negotiate a deal between India and Pakistan. It was probably something he pushed for because that's not normally what countries do after somebody helps them to broker a deal.

I'm choosing to believe this is what happened.

I don't care about reality anymore

So we are universally tried to sit on these?
