I got a robot vaccuum cleaner (Samsung Jet Bot), and while pricey it's saved me so much time and effort keeping my apartment clean. Definitely worth the money.

I keep my phone on silent because do not disturb doesn't do jack shit. Still vibrates in the middle of the night like the shitter it is.

Nothing works so I try to just avoid or ignore it, or go to sleep if it gets too intense. Medication and therapy just aren't effective for me unfortunately.
