• Dr. Ian Smith Fat Smash Diet (Except I kept the coffee in the first part)
• It don't happen overnight (Weigh in about once a week or so...)
• Stop all Fast Food (Seriously, when cheat days come along make your own with better ingredients)
• Pack lunches (& you will also save a ton of $$$)
• Large meal earlier in the day
• Exercise (I walk / hike allot now)
• Make good choices (It really comes down to this, there is tons of crap in the grocery store - don't take it home)

Thanks. as the others mentioned this was taken in infrared so it didn’t capture colors. This was taken with a Sony F828 which can shoot IR by tapping a magnet on the side of the lens. I have a IR850 filter on it to limit it further. I did edit it in snapseed to take it from a purple tone to b&w.

I'd love to see Apple make a special UK iphone with no port (magsafe only), no imessage and no facetime. With a card inside that says, designed in California, as Legislated in the UK.

This was practice at Lake Nacimiento a few days ago.

Select the nearby station then click “+Save Station”, after that the data from the station should show.

I was just about to set up a weather station, but then I discovered PWS Monitor app. Opening the app I found there is six weather stations in a two mile radius of my house. Now I just monitor without having to go with the expense. And with that said, If you do get one leave it OPEN so your neighbors can see it through app like these.
