I used to wander through my local Borders bookstore, looking for interesting covers. I still do that occasionally at Barnes & Noble (since Borders no longer exists), but somehow it’s just not as much fun.
Of course spez would lick Elon’s boots.
I haven’t received one yet, but my sub is only 500k users, so probably on a lower tier of care.
The official reddit app has actually made significant improvements to their mod tools in the last month, but holy fuck, it should not have taken this long. It still has a long way to go, and the app as a whole sucks balls. But I'm not planning on modding any longer, so, I don't really care any more, I guess.
I'm no longer going to provide my services as a mod to reddit for free, though I may read some of my favorite subs again. I won't be spending hours each week there, like I previously did. Fuck spez for what he did to Apollo (and other third-party apps).
Not a quote, but I frequently just crack up remembering that Bender's full name is Bender Bending Rodríguez.

I was a mod for a 500k+ sub, and I left. I wrote the post about us going dark in protest, and that was the last thing I did. I left myself in the list of mods for a few weeks, just lurking in modmail, seeing the threats from the admins come in. I officially removed myself from the mod team about a week ago. We had 6 active mods, and there are now just two remaining.
