Purchased two sticks of ram and a mouse from MediaMarkt. Everything came in a completely sealed box, I opened it and realized that one of the sticks was not there, it's box was there but empty.

I tried for months to get a refund but they just wouldn't budge. I went to the consumer protection thingy but they sided with MediaMarkt and I got fucked.

I started recording my every unboxing after this debacle.
