There are several shared repos that aren't for profit, some with a policy of only allowing open source software. You wouldn't put all the art assets on there as the servers have limited capacity, but in principle "adult content" isn't universally prohibited in places where it isn't the primary focus.

I don't mean to darken the mood, but I've found that transitioning only helps queer guys' perceptions of me a tiny bit, and it's a very slow process, and the spironolactone makes it impossible for me to top unless my partner is down for less conventional activities. It reduces masculinity if that's something that bothers you, but I'm not sure how much it does for overall sex appeal. (You could try monotherapy or estradiol/finasteride if you like your boy parts.)
