I love how it starts out as a “monster of the week” show but if you pay attention there are clues to the overall story arc in the background.

Replacing the entire moderation team of 5000+ subs is not a practical solution and Reddit admins know it in c/RedditMigration@kbin.social

I doubt that it is just the CEO. With an IPO coming up, all the stakeholders and the board and the senior leadership are poised to make a shit ton of money. This whole thing is designed to make the company more attractive to investors so they are all on board.
