You can do all these in Maps (minus toll passes). I'm not sure how an ETA could be personalized (I don't use Waze) but Maps is pretty accurate with ETAs as is.

It's out already as of today. Check your installed app version. The Play Store listed version is sometimes behind

A quick Google Lens search comes up with "Echium Pininana 'Blue Steeple' ". Guessing that's it.
