right now, there is a severe lack of acceptance, and the conversation is toxic.
unfortunately this is a necessity, if it wasn't needed, it wouldn't be done.
That's my husband, remember hearing over teams many times "Not you, we don't need a scorched earth" when trying to find a lead to resolve an issue lol.
I am not volunteering the position, but I am throwing myself in as a tech advisor, or part time helper if it is needed.
My brain is better than my body lol.
I'm happy to help some of the niche ones I intend to be a part of.
At least the first 2, but given that it seems a bit quiet happy to take on the 5.
