It doesn't have to be like this, America. Not only is tipping not expected in Australia, but when the "Choose tip" screen comes up on US made software, all the servers I've ever had skip straight through it and choose zero.

Servers deserve to be paid fairly.

I lived in China when Pizza Hut opened and it was always fun to watch Chinese people pillage the salad bar. They also had a smoked salmon pizza with wasabi mayo dressing on top. It was so good.
