I thoroughly enjoy the interplay between these scents, so I keep coming back to this combo.

The two scents are very different from each other, so not really a fair comparison. JGT is a great scent on its own. That said, if I had to choose only one to keep, it would be TNeV.

Instead of beer in the base ingredient list, i opted for beer in the scent "ingredients."

Personally, I'm not an IPA drinker, but I appreciate what Heather has done with The Brewer. It captures a Tropical IPA in all its hoppy glory.

I highly recommend it

• Fragrance: Maher Olfactive - Sun Soaked - Eau de Parfum

For today's BVWSC shave, the selection was LPL Narcisse, generously provided by @PorkButtsNTaters666@sub.wetshaving.social . From the scent notes, I already had high expectations, and the actual scent is better than I expected. Despite some scent notes that can usually overpower a fragrance, Narcisse is subtle, well-balanced, and beautifully executed.

I'm disappointed that I've slept on LPL soaps until now because the lather is excellent. I will definitely be exploring Narcisse and their other scents more in the future.

Oaken Labs' Sanctum had a very similar vibe to Narcisse, but the Jasmine is much more prominent. MO Sun Soaked incorporated the narcissus from the soap and offered a great overall finish.

I wouldn't recommend shaving with the R41 when in a hurry. I nicked my Adam's Apple, but I managed a smooth shave in record time nonetheless.

Saturday was the anniversary of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy book release. Since I wasn't able to use this set then, it was a great setup for today's Tea Tuesday.
