54% of Americans read at below a grade 6 level.

Welfare is may litterally just mean 'moocher' to an American who has been drowned in propaganda their whole life.

The majority of those countries were robbed by first world countries for centuries so anyone using the phrase without any moral reflection is intentionally not looking at the whole picture.
