Hi everyone!

I created this community because I don't think there is a space for discussing the WEC on Lemmy so far.

I'm a recent Reddit refugee (where I mostly lurked), but I wanted to get active and contribute to the Lemmy wave. I have no experience whatsoever moderating or running a community, so please be excellent to each other so we can maybe make this a nice little space for discussing this ridiculous sport that we all love. Sorry if this has been discussed here before, I‘m a new reddit refugee and I just stumbled over this community, awesome that this place already exists again! I always enjoyed the discussion threads on the subreddit throughout a race weekend, so I was wondering if something similar will be done here? On the other hand, this community is still very small, so it may be a little overkill I guess. Looking forward to following my first GP through Lemmy either way - I‘ll see you all on Friday

I agree, Tamsyn Muir really leaned into the weirdness, even more than in the first one. I had to force myself at one or two points to just roll with it, but yes, it does make for quite a satisfying twist/reveal in the end

Geht mir genauso, hab direkt noch die Mlem App auf dem Homescreen dort platziert wo vorher Apollo war, jetzt holt mich nicht mal mein Muscle-Memory zu Reddit zurück.
