Yes, you need to not kill the cub in the cave and then talk to the cub at the goblin camp. The cub will approach you at your camp a few days after you've killed the goblin leaders.

I had to go buy a new controller for my honor mode playthrough because my old one had developed stick drift and in my tactician run I biffed a bunch of shots with Astarion because i would put the cursor on the person to shoot and when i hit x to shoot the stick would move at the last second.

I'm at the goblin camp in my playthrough but I had to go run an errand. I'll update here once I down Min, Ragz, and Gut. Glad I didn't go to the cave first which is my usual go-to.

Edit: Nothing different that I noticed with the three goblin bosses. They all went down pretty quick. Minthara did down two of my guys though which had me sweating.
