It looks to be a shot off of the Sir Issac Brock Bridge on Bathurst Street looking west towards Liberty Village

It might be some sort of survey benchmark. If there's one on each end of the bridge, it could be for measuring alignment of the movable section against the stationary section

Or just pronounce it "lawn" like all my calculus instructors did
