In other words, half of the US population approves. There is no widespread disapproval nor disastrous whatever, lol.
Not quite,
It is still disappointing that 39% will align with Trump despite all of this, but keep in mind that there's a floor to Trump's support numbers. We'll never be able to approach all of them.
Let's see what happens on the undecideds over the next few months as the impact of Trump's tariffs hit. Heck, keep an eye on that 18% "Somewhat Approve". That's got to make some of the GQP reps a bit nervous!
Every poll shows the same thing: there is no line for roughly 1/3 the population. Trump could come out tomorrow and say Hitler rocks and 1/3 of the country would approve strongly.
Trump could force them to get bottom surgery and they would still support.
I haven't heard anyone say "Something Rocks" in a very long time. Would you mind giving me a roundabout age and rough geographical ara for yourself (not for the kicking in of doors at 3am dissenter roundup squad, no, just to know where there is a guy who still says "rocks" )
Lol ok I'm 30 in Virginia. I just use antiquated slang from time to time 🤣
thats fresh
It's pretty groovy baby.
Streets ahead
Guarantee you that would get him more support
Bro I don't want to find out.
Lets see this poll in 4-6 weeks, when everything in Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, etc. has doubled in price. Things may go up even more, because these sociopathic corporations are going to figure that as long as we are jacking up the prices, lets jack them up a little more, and pad the profit. The customers are already going to be feeling pain, what's a little more?
At the end of the year, my bet is that all those companies will report record annual profits.
It's still a depressingly weak reaction.
Actually, according to the article, 39% disapproved. It doesn't specify about the other 11%. I assume that they were unable to pry their heads out of their own asses long enough to offer an opinion.
Your point stands, however. It is absolutely astonishing to me that only half of the respondents disapprove of Trump's mayhem. I have to wonder if the poll wasn't phrased so as to confuse the respondents so that the pollsters could intentionally interpret it in Trump's favor.
