Look, I don't like the guy, but the article says he played until his Wifi cut out. I didn't see where he actually rage quit.

He was demoing how great his starlink wifi is. He either bitch quit or his product demo failed worse than a ball going through a cyber truck window. Either way this piece of shit sucks.

That's my favorite thing about it. Not only did the chat get under his skin, but he also failed to prove the starlink in-flight wifi capability - the reason he was streaming in the first place. He failed on all fronts

Failed yet again. Dude is a total loser.

Dude faking a D/C is the oldest gamer move possible. Sometimes you just wanna go to bed and you can't be bothered to run Scolo one more time, but you don't want your friends to think you're an asshole who prefers sleep to min/maxing so you turn off your network connection and leave the game up. Very simple.

That description doesn't do it justice.

Find a video, it's the fakest "disconnect". If he wasn't such a shit it would be heartbreaking but he deserves it. Absolutely without a doubt rage quit.

I didn’t watch the whole video but if the connection actually dropped you would think that the livestream and everything would have dropped too. Not just the game.

He did the same excuse I did in call of duty for losing 15 years ago as a preteen…blame the lag.

[–] Frozentea725@feddit.uk 1 points 3 days ago

Kind of ironic considering he owns starlink

[–] Geetnerd@lemmy.world 1 points 3 days ago

I see you never played Everquest. Where every "My internet cut out" was actually a rage quit.
