That is such an American view on politics.
A right wing party doing well in one election, does not shift the entire political spectrum for all the other parties. Specially not when you have a parliment with six or so different parties.

It's a lot more than a right wing party doing well, it's a right wing party shifting into territories that used to be radical and still winning. Elon Musk was shown on stage for the AfD telling them to stop being ashamed of germany's past.
While it is deeply concerning, faux news has been one of the most shared propaganda networks on social media for well over a decade, so it's not surprising that their disinformation-induced MAGA-mental-illness is spreading throughout the world.
Crime pays; especially when the oligarchs are paying for it.
