? nobody mentioned Israel. Well - you did, but not sure why. I take that back - I have an idea why. I'm sure I'm going to regret responding to a 2d old burner account - but, here we are.

You must be thinking of the genocide, this is the proxy war
IDK, really. True that NATO doesn't want direct involvement and wants Ukraine to kick Putin's ass. But it begs the question: is Russia a proxy for China or we just force the interpretation of the proxy war onto reality?
It was a throwaway quip but Wikipedia says:
