Cops are very peaceful when guns are openly carried. "Now let's just all please get along!" Florida can't get open carry fast enough. I will be strapped at every protest. And I do mean every protest. MAGA has another event? Oh you bet your ass I'll be there, pride pin on my AR sling.

EDIT: I saw that a court had thrown the ban out, but still not clear on actual legality. Our Fascist in Chief, DeSantis, was recently talking about pushing legislation. 🤷🏻♂️
EDIT: Scratch all that. Just saw a county sheriff saying it was all good on the news, with the obvious caveat, you'd be an idiot to open carry.
Missed the No Kings rally today, had business my wife and I had to attend to, no choice.
I also wanted to right in order to stop worrying about what's legal and what's not. I won't get into the details, but gun law is a PITA to figure out.
Isn't No Kings explicitly against open carry at the protests? I'm not saying open carrying at protests is bad, it's half the reason I got my AR-15, but last I checked they weren't too keen on it.
