i currently try to gain weight, as i really need to.
i am using mass gainer protein and get abt 3000 calories daily which is already a CHORE. after 2 months i feel like it's impossible to get overweight with european foods lmao
but maybe i just burn it faster idk.
As a fellow european trying to lose weight, I promise it is possible to gain weight from european foods. It's just a matter of portion sizes, and loving food enough.
