I mean, it's the 40k universe, there's a 100% you gonna die. So, really, it does fit your criteria... just in a roundabout way.

There are fates worse than death in the 40k universe, like being captured by the dark eldar. If I can take a method of suicide with me, then maybe (though even then, my soul is going to end up in the immaterium).

Also if you die in 40k your human soul either gets devoured by demons or drafted by definitely-not-a-new-Chaos-God
