Meant to be used with canned fish.
Not everything is the same price everywhere in the world, and on top of that plenty of Americans do eat eggs, chicken, and fish. It's just that hamburger helper provides resources for a full meal at a good price, something must needed in a dying economy
Those things cost money. Not a lot of people have those lying around this days
It's not hard to get money. Even third worlders can get that through formal work, informal work or crime.
Work smarter.
Until the stores start closing down and people start losing their jobs.
