So, if you take a picture of someone with white hair it reflects the light back and blinds the camera? What is up with the lighting in these pictures?
Look like pictures taken with cheapo Logitech webcams
A high quality mugshot would rather defeat the purpose of a mugshot. In theory it's about identification, but we all know who these people are so in practise it's about PR. And for PR reasons they want it to look like a mugshot. I.e. crap
Looks like the camera angle's from high up, so they have to look up at the camera for that Hannibal Lecter ambiance.
