This correctly depicts russian fe(de)ral budget
America spends more than the next 5 of it's allies combined for military and Russia isn't in the top 5
I'm talking about relative amount. Quarter of budget is secret, so we don't know where it goes, third of public budget goes to "security"(police, FSB, military, jails). Education is 3%, healthcare is 2%. Science probably is zero point something.
So basically half of budget is military spending
