They mean twitter is called Ten, because X is 10.

...for context, Apple used to be very particular about pronouncing it “mack oh-as ten”. There is somewhat of a reason behind this, nobody will pronounce SuperBowl ⅩⅬⅧ as “eks-el-vee-triple-eye”.
