kwbxugyThey did and the social democrats is definitely winning the combination. Venstre split in 3 and is much smaller than it used to be

kwc053uthis is only true if you view succes as going up in the polls. Venstre got a LOT more of their policy through than they would have got as an opposition to a Social demokratiet government suported by the left. People seem to forgot that the right wing lost the election and yet here we are getting tax cutoffs payed for by worsening the wellfare, not in general left wing policy if you ask me.
The Venstre split happened before the election so that is not due to them going into the government but yes the polls went downhill a lot since the election.

kwby4tdVery true, but 2/3 of "old venstre" is still in the government with their old arch enemy, which just seems so odd and weird.
I'm starting to think Ellemann the younger wasn't the greatest for that party but who knows...
