It's going to be vaccines. We already know this. They've already made that announcement 1000 times. They just need time until September so they can forge the evidemce, which they will use to ban most vaccines, for most people (rich people will still be able to get vaccines).

in other words "we already know the result we will just back it by crafted science"

[–] ThomasCrappersGhost@feddit.uk 3 points 20 hours ago

I thought that they said research was “woke” and sacked all the scientists, so yeah that would make sense.

[–] cley_faye@lemmy.world 9 points 22 hours ago

Which is the biggest joke, them starting a "research" effort, already knowing the outcome, or knowing when it will be completed ahead of time?

[–] WindyRebel@lemmy.world 3 points 18 hours ago (1 children)

It’s probably the prevalence of micro plastics. We’re finding all these other health hazard upticks associated with it so it’s probably causing it too.

[–] RedPostItNote@lemmy.world 0 points 17 hours ago

I think a study just came out tying it to gestational diabetes.

[–] Djinn_Indigo@lemm.ee 4 points 21 hours ago

How didn’t they cut all scientific research funding? Is Q going to reveal the truth? Is Q with us now Robert?

[–] futatorius@lemm.ee 44 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Predicting the outcome of a research effort is a sign that he is a fucking idiot.

[–] Tedesche@lemmy.world 17 points 1 day ago

This is what happens when you let hyper-religious people with no scientific training do “science.”

[–] swade2569@lemmy.world 143 points 2 days ago (2 children)

If you know when you'll be done, you already know the answer you'll give.

It's science! /s

[–] DogPeePoo@lemm.ee 17 points 2 days ago

Now let’s celebrate with some rancid whale meat

[–] andallthat@lemmy.world 10 points 1 day ago

no, no, no, RFK, it was this freaking "fascism epidemic" you were supposed to research

[–] Sanctus@lemmy.world 59 points 2 days ago (2 children)

Finding a "cause" for the "autism epidemic" is like finding a cause for the shrunken number of planets in our solar system. You're just attacking identifiers and criteria, the existence of the thing remains unchanged.

[–] cley_faye@lemmy.world 3 points 22 hours ago

the existence of the thing remains unchanged

I fear they're menacing the existence of people down the line, so there's that.

This is the same thing as when the first time around they wanted to decrease covid pandemic metrics by halting testing. Which is an idea he got from Putin, who halted HIV/AIDS testing and statistical reporting when it became obvious that their mitigation efforts were absolutely not working (not because it’s an intractable problem, but because they didn’t really care that much, and homosexuals are a big scapegoat group in Russia).

[–] PapaStevesy@lemmy.world 51 points 2 days ago (2 children)

Sounds like someone who has absolutely no idea how medical research works. Or science in general.

All good and well founded research has a definite end date for revealing results.

[–] Sterile_Technique@lemmy.world 21 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Brain worms. The cause is brain worms.

"IT IS GENETIC, YOU FUCKING MORON."

Sincerely, Non-morons.

[–] jmcs@discuss.tchncs.de 14 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Don't tell him that, otherwise you'll probably end up with an eugenics program.

[–] Geetnerd@lemmy.world 6 points 2 days ago (1 children)

You mean the kind the Nazis started with? Killing the "mentally deficient," which included homosexuals?

Ignorant question: is it decisively genetic? (Like with science I mean)

I want to know too. A guy at work was fine, then one day he came down with the autism. Now he does computer nerd stuff.

[–] Spacehooks@reddthat.com 6 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Anything but microplastics I bet

[–] hoi_polloi@sh.itjust.works 4 points 1 day ago

Certainly not a better understanding of that condition and more accurate testing.
