They're mostly calcium oxalte tho, so go easy on the oxalic acid intake. Peanuts have low to moderate amounts.

fun fact, they also found in many plants that use it as defense, although they are sharp pointed needle crystals which makes them poisonous, notable would be in aeracae family, dumbcane, calla lily and taro.
