That reads like it is opt-out, too. Just knowing where Flock traffic cameras are is no longer enough it seems. This is horrifying, because Ring cameras are nearly everywhere.

I'd like to see a world with only opt-in. Opt-out should be illegal with extreme high penalties like 50..100% of netto profit.
