Flavacol is the butter salt.
Didn’t watch it either. My ex did very well at popcorn with ghee and a nice pot, forget if cast iron or what. Nutritional yeast as well.
i do pretty much the same except i like using two nested stainless steel bowls for the popping. one inverted as a domed lid. the bowl funnels the unpopped kernels to the middle where the burner is, and after popping you can use the two bowls to serve.
