Didn't knew a "key bump" was a thing.
I kept thinking "bump key" which is a tool for bypassing locks
Yeah, it unlocks your ability to talk nonstop for hours on end all night, and then have a huge poop the next day.
You also have to chain smoke every single last cigarette in existence.

I think you just scoop the key tip in the bad to get a little ... bump... of that stuff. I have no idea on size of scoop. that likely correlates to purity or cut of goods.
It's just a makeshift way to scoop it and snort it. It's doesn't get any more complicated than that.

Also, key or lock bumping is a way to open a lock without the proper key.

It's the number of attempts that you get to open the lock to the candy stash using the provided key.
