Found metal weight inside
It's definitely cheaply built. There is no RFI filtering and they used a resistor as a fuse. At least it appears to have a decent amount of separation between the high and low voltage sides though.

Absolutely is, no doubt about it
I've never seen a premium brand charger that wasn't absolutely stuffed with components on one side. They're always trying to shrink them, and all that real estate on the board is wasted.
