maybe getting attacked by a bald eagle needs to happen more often

I imagine a bird of prey could relatively easily be trained to go for his hair (E: though I don't actually know shit about it lol). Any falconers out there up for the task?

[–] spider@lemmy.blahaj.zone 29 points 3 months ago (1 children)

No need for training; the bird should be able to instantly recognize roadkill.

That's exactly why I assumed it'd be easy to get the bird to target him specifically lol

Why put a bird at risk? Just use a drone.

Better yet, Crows. They'll fuck with someone for generations if you do things right.

Raptors can see eight to ten times better than humans.

No way they'll be able to find his hair.

Just want to call out this post for being based as hell by giving blind readers a description of the image. Something we should all aspire to.

Um actually 🤓☝️ there is a special field for it that properly implements federating to non lemmy platforms, which OP didn’t use, so on mastodon for example (if I’m not mistaken) no one is going to see the accessibility text because the body is not synced for image posts.

A for effort tho! Appreciate it op!

True, Lemmy supports alt text, but support for that seems extremely fractured across frontends.

Me when devs don’t include full accessibility in their MVP:

I use voyager btw

I get a sudden urge to get out of a beach community and I'm not even IN one

Well no, since this photo is from a pardoning ceremony, it's probably one of the only turkeys still alive after the holiday.

[–] thmnwlf@discuss.tchncs.de 2 points 3 months ago (1 children)

true, lucky Turkey, but still… he probably respects dead turkeys more than women. I still go with that guess :3

[–] ShareMySims@sh.itjust.works 2 points 3 months ago

Can't argue with that lol
