I wonder what changed too.
The only thing I noticed is that preview images are more pixelated and lower quality then they were before this update. If you click to open them up then they will go to full quality.

I think vote up is to "like" a post and down vote to "dislike" a post. If the intent is to use down votes to prevent spam that is what a report button would be for.

What type of phone do you have? I have a Samsung Galaxy S22ultra and it works fine when the app is in the regular location on the phone. However if I have the app in the Secure Folder and try and download it doesn't work (or goes somewhere that can't be found). I had reported this bug awhile back but no fix as of yet. Other Lemmy apps don't have the same issue.

Auto play may depend on your app/viewer and settings. I see lots of gifs hosted by redgifs that autoplay.
I 2nd this bug. I hadn't noticed before but double checked and same result. No sound with mute off or on downloaded saved file. Open link and view from source then I can hear sound.
Thanks for the awesome work on the app and taking all the feedback everyone has to make the app the best one out there. It's great and keeps getting better everyday.

Swipe not working for me either from the Frontpage. It does work for other things like comments. v123
