Yeah I know. Which makes me think that some things that are important to me might not be that important to him I guess.

I've read the comics since I was young and now I'm 43 and apparently find it important that this manga adaptation is the way I want it ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Totally agree, but for example in the manga Luffy is completely uninterested in why Nami betrays them because he knows she's good and he made his mind up already so it doesn't matter to him. That's how he is.

In the live action he starts investigating it instead, which makes him more generic in actually more screen time, and one piece is a LOT about Luffy. If the screen writers don't get him I don't have high hopes.

On the other hand, supposedly Oda signed off on everything so maybe the details that are important to me aren't that great of a deal...

Yet this one changed the story and characters unnecessarily. I mean I guess we don't want frame by frame but when they change the main characters choices and behaviour and westernise it by smoothing it a lot of weird stuff (and then add other weird of lower quality) it makes a fan like me sad.

Seeing them back to back it felt like a weak asspull, even my kids reacted to it. But I didn't rewatch the first movie to see if it actually conflicts with original Marty. With it happening constantly in the sequels and never once in the original it's either poor writing or they changed him. Or both.

Back to the future added that weird "nobody calls me a chicken" shtick to Marty which came out of nowhere and was not present in the first movie. Then they proceeded to rebuild his entire character around it on the sequels.

Been oogling necesse. Would've loved couch co-op with the kids. On a scale of 1 to terraria, how much do you enjoy it?

While I loved season 1 I didn't enjoy the ending with power armour Kyle flying away. I'd rather they wrapped it up and came up with a fresh story for s2.

Will probably give it a few but I think it might be sub-standard.

But then we have the indie devs that constantly praise each other, include in-game references to their inspirations or blog about what blast they're having while playing a competitors game.

They got their crip walk down and are really good at hand shakes?
