At least on Android, spoofing GPS location is trivial (not that workarounds like this should be necessary).

I write a lot of dry boring technical documentation and I try to sneak in jokes whenever possible and I get a lot of comments sometimes even years later when someone inevitably has need for it.

Gotta keep sane somehow.

It basically does and yeah it basically does.

God asking everyone to only @me for something really important and then having to mute notifications really makes a lot of sense overall.

The Haves and the Have Nots have always been at war. Occasionally there are agreements struck, but the Haves always want more.

Maybe that's where people are who need the information the most?

Businesses are happy to have their employees be more productive without having to pay for expensive new licenses... But eventually they're going to find out that letting all your employees share swaths of private data with random websites is not a great idea.

This exactly. I'd use rsync to sync a directory to a location to then be backed up by kopia, but I wouldn't use rsync exclusively for backups.

I get a lot of second hand embarrassment so shows with a lot of audience interaction sometimes make me uncomfortable but Crowd Control has been pretty good. More than anything it just makes me wish they had a live audience for more shows since it really energizes the guests.

Ah yes... Pre-crime... Just like all those utopian sci-fi novels.

As I approach 40 I've been trying to make fashion choices that are something like 'stylish aloof professor' but I'm always worried that I end up in the 'douchebag psuedointellectual buffoon' category like this chode of a human being.

People are already suggesting this unironically.

It's been a little bit since Space Age released and I'm curious to hear what everyone has been up to lately in their factory!

On my part I've been ready to go to Aquilo for a while now but I got distracted rebuilding everything on Nauvis with a rail-based city block design. I also got a calcite mining platform up and running and switched over a bunch of production to use molten metal.

I'm hoping to check out Aquilo anytime now but I might have to do a bit of work on Gleba and Fulgora before I can afford to be stranded again.

What sorts of things have you been working on in your factory?
